My name is Brett Gallinger and I am the owner and operator of Gallinger Computer Consulting. My goal is to provide excellent computer service without overcharging my customers.

My niche is that I come to you, so you don't have to hassle with unhooking your computer and dragging it to the nearest repair shop - then waiting sometimes a week or more to get it back.

I believe that there is a definite need for competent, low-cost, in-home computer repair and training services in and around the Big Rapids area. Please visit my services page to see some ways that I can fill that need.

I've tried to create this site with the novice computer user in mind. The site can be easily navigated by using the buttons along the left hand side. The "HOME" button will bring you back to this page.

If you're new to computers or just need help with a certain program, check out the tutorials section for some top-notch training material created by yours truly. I plan to treat this area of the site as an ever-expanding training ground that is easy to follow and learn from. Check back frequently to learn some new tricks.

One thing that a lot of new computer users don't know is that there is an ENORMOUS amount of software available free-of-charge on the internet. In fact, I'm creating this website with all freely available programs that anyone can download if they just know where to look. I encourage you to visit my links page to see some of the titles that I highly recommend.

Something that a lot of computer users (not just newbies!) take for granted is the safety of their data - digital photos and movies, music, personal documents, etc...
